Origin: Sukoya Kana's X post, October 5, 2026

The judgment sheet was born in the Japanese VTuber scene. On October 5, 2026, Sukoya Kana, a VTuber with NIJISANJI, posted a sheet on X that judges 40 relationship-related items with three choices each. The sheet itself was designed by the TRPG creator Aria (@air_trpg).

The posted sheet frames everything around one question — "Is this cheating?" — filled in item by item to map out your own boundaries. That post is the original version of the whole sheet. The link to the original tweet is under "Origin & Sources" at the bottom of this page.

The original stream: "Is this cheating? Sukoya will judge" — October 6, 2026

The next day, October 6, Sukoya Kana filled in the sheet on her own YouTube stream: "【雑談】これって浮気?健屋が判定します【健屋花那/にじさんじ】". This stream is where the sheet first appeared as "something to play on stream".

The stream replay is still up, so you can see exactly what the sheet looked like at its origin.

The wave of follow-ups from mid-October

Riding on that stream, from mid-October a large number of streamers — from NIJISANJI, hololive and beyond — started their own streams using the same sheet. As a format where streamers show each other their answers, the judgment sheet spread fast through the VTuber and streamer scene.

For scale: the collab stream between Sukoya Kana and Nagisa Trout, published October 17, had passed 100,000 views as of October 24 (per the stream stats site V-Reader, linked in the sources below). The trend hasn't stayed in the Japanese-speaking world — Chinese-language media have covered the sheet too.
